TELESEMINAR: Nourish Our Bodies - Nourish Our Selves
As we grow and evolve, we recognize that who we truly are is ultimately a paradox, beyond this body, and yet of this body. How do we honor our physicality and learn to steward this body and vehicle of our life journey? How can we become deeply intimate with the needs of our physical self and learn how to most optimally serve those needs? Using an integral framework, Dr. Deb Zucker brings light to our current paradigms and ways of relating with caring for our physical bodies, and helps us to expand and shift those perspectives to create sustainable life practices that can flex and evolve along with us.
As your knowledge and awareness of your body expands, you become intimate with yourself in a way no one else can. You become the expert in determining what nourishes you.
There will be two introductory calls to sample the program prior to committing to enroll in the entire course series: November 15 and December 6, 2011.
Tele-Course Outline & Format
There will be eight two-hour conference calls which will include audio discussion, experiential exercises, and written materials. Each call will take place on Tuesdays 5:00-7:00pm Pacific time on the dates listed below.
All calls will be recorded to accommodate absences and to allow participants to listen to the content again. You do not need to be present on every call in order to participate in the program.

Testimonials for this course:
Dr. Deb’s class was vital to expanding my understanding of nourishment in all realms of my life – physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Her approach of integrating lecture, group discussion, writing, and practice made each session uniquely engaging. Each session offered new information and ideas for personal practices – some easy to start immediately and others more challenging, requiring a deeper commitment. Dr. Deb is a knowledgeable and thoroughly delightful teacher. The class has inspired me to build pathways of nourishment for my body, mind, and spirit, opening to a life of vitality and joy.

The vision of Vital Medicine - to advocate for nothing less than the pursuit of vitality and aliveness in all the domains of an individual's life - is cause for hope for the future of medicine. Dr. Deb is a passionate and dedicated healer, walking her own vital path while inspiring her students & patients to follow theirs.
~Julia Smith, MD
Dr. Deb has a vision of how we might live our lives in vital and vibrant bodies, how we might take these gifts we inhabit for an engagement of wonder, deeply aware of the marvel we walk in and so much more in the world. There's great value in being pointed in this direction rather than strictly toward the model of pathology, where you wait for and respond to the break down. Beyond how she sees, Dr. Deb is a terrific teacher -- deeply knowledgeable, well-organized, abundantly clear, engaged and embracing in interaction.
~Russell Graham
The content was very engaging and useful, and I was so impressed with the energy and quality of the experience that Dr. Deb created through her presence. She is a wonderful teacher, presenter, and I'm certain, empathic gifted healer.
~Dan Caine
Out of mild curiosity, I attended Dr. Deb's introductory workshop for her upcoming "Nourishing Our Bodies - Nourishing Our Selves" series. I thought I might pick up a pointer or two. To my surprise, I left with a whole new way of thinking about my health and well being. Dr. Deb's skillful way of teaching and facilitating experiential and group exercises gently shifted my perspective on health and well being away from the dominant view of prognosis and "fixing" my body and towards a more vibrant and motivating perspective of unleashing my innate "vitality". I found this new perspective both energizing and very refreshing, so much so that I am seriously considering enrolling in the series though I live 60 miles away.
